The Ultimate Panfish League started in 2004 and runs throughout
the  winter.  It's  a league  that' s packed  full of ice fishing events.  
They  are  team events,  where each  team  consists of 2 anglers.
Payouts at each individual event. Overall standings are kept and
the winning team gets their names on the UPL plaque!
